1. Purchase Order clearly specifying the name of the titles order with respective quantities, Stamper Code number (incase of repeat orders), type of packaging required, prices, payment terms and expected lead-time.

2. Indemnity Bond pertaining to copyrights in our standard format.

3. 2 copies of the Master CD/DVD (not required for repeat orders).

4. Positives for Disc face printing or Artwork for the same in Coreldraw/PSD format. (Not required for repeat orders).

5. Color Proof (Printout) of the above artwork

6. Advance payment (unless advance-waiver approval granted by Softalk).

7. Any packaging material like inlay cards, booklets etc., which are being supplied by the customer himself.
