Our CDs are manufactured on
the latest state-of-the-art European Machines at
our hi-tech manufacturing facilities at Noida (an industrial sub-urb near New Delhi), which
ensures that they adhere to internationally recognized
quality standards. CD-Replication is ideally suited
for jobs more than 1000 pcs per title. In this process
the CD is manufactured directly from polycarbonate
granules (a type of high quality plastic) and the
data is transferred on the disc while it is being
moulded from polycarbonate. The
discs produced using this technology have a better
playability and compatibility with various CD
players, a longer life and higher resistance to
scratches and mishandling.
